Getting started
What does Mericler do?
Mericler is an international education consultancy and student recruitment agency. We help students explore suitable programs and institutions, understand requirements, prepare applications, review offer conditions, and arrange selected services before and after arrival.
How do I begin?
Select Apply Now to create your student profile or start a WhatsApp conversation. You can share what you know today, and an advisor will explain the next step.
Who can use Mericler?
Mericler primarily supports individual international students. Your available options depend on your education, language ability, destination, budget, and chosen program.
Programs and destinations
Which destinations does Mericler support?
Mericler currently supports study opportunities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Mericler Medical also explores selected pathways in Grenada and Hungary.
Which study levels are available?
Options can include one-year diplomas, two-year diplomas, advanced diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, postgraduate certificates or diplomas, and master’s degrees. Availability differs by institution and destination.
How will Mericler recommend institutions?
An advisor reviews your academic history, subject interests, language ability, preferred destination, budget, and goals, then helps you compare options for which you may be eligible. A recommendation is not an admission guarantee.
Can I choose an institution not shown on the website?
Ask your advisor. The public directory may not include every available option, and Mericler will only confirm support after checking the institution, program, and current relationship.
Applications and documents
What documents will I need?
Institutions commonly request identification, academic certificates and transcripts, language results, and program-specific documents. Some applications also require a statement, résumé, references, portfolio, test, audition, or interview.
Can I send documents on WhatsApp?
Use the secure student portal or another approved document channel provided by your advisor. Avoid sending passports, financial records, or other sensitive documents through an unsecured public form or informal message.
How long does an application take?
Timelines depend on the institution, program, intake, document completeness, and time of year. Your advisor can explain the known timeline for a specific application, but decisions and processing times cannot be guaranteed.
Who decides whether I am admitted?
Only the institution makes the admission decision. Mericler supports preparation and communication but cannot control or guarantee the outcome.
What happens if I receive a conditional offer?
Your advisor can help you understand the stated conditions and deadline. You must meet the institution’s conditions before it can issue the next stage of confirmation.
Fees
Are Mericler’s services free?
Some services are complimentary and others involve a fee. Third parties such as institutions, accommodation providers, insurers, couriers, or transport companies may also charge their own fees.
When will I know the cost?
Your advisor should explain what is included, any known third-party charges, payment terms, cancellation rules, and refund terms before you agree to a paid service.
Should I pay someone before receiving an invoice?
No. Use only an approved Mericler payment method and request an official receipt. Do not send money to a personal account or an unverified contact.
Visas, travel, and arrival
Does Mericler guarantee a visa or study permit?
No. Government authorities make visa and study-permit decisions. No agent, advisor, or institution can guarantee approval.
Can Mericler complete my visa application?
The available support depends on the destination and applicable law. Mericler may provide general information and document coordination or refer you to an appropriately authorized professional. Your advisor must clearly explain who provides the service and whether that person is regulated.
Can Mericler help with accommodation?
Yes, in selected destinations and subject to availability. We may help you explore residence, homestay, private, or short-term options and understand the provider’s booking process.
Is airport pickup available?
Airport pickup may be arranged in selected destinations through available providers. Confirm your flight, destination address, price, meeting point, luggage allowance, and cancellation terms before travel.
Can Mericler help after I arrive?
Depending on the destination and selected service, support may include arrival orientation, available bank-account assistance, and guidance on practical first steps.
Mericler Medical
Which medical pathways are available?
Mericler Medical explores foundation, four-year, five-year, and six-year routes in selected institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Grenada, and Hungary.
Which medical pathway is right for me?
That depends on your completed education, science subjects, grades, language proficiency, tests, institution requirements, and intended country of practice. An advisor must review your profile.
Does acceptance mean I can practise medicine anywhere?
No. Admission and graduation do not automatically provide professional recognition or the right to practise. Licensing, examinations, residency, and registration requirements vary by country and regulator.
Can progression from a foundation be guaranteed?
No. Students normally must meet the provider’s stated academic, language, attendance, conduct, assessment, and other progression conditions.
